Internet. Our driver will be at your home or business upon your delivery schedule whether
there is an order or not.

Currently pickup & delivery time is between 12PM and 6PM. However, we'll expand our service
time soon. Make sure drop your clothes in the cabinet or express spot before 1PM and please
pickup your clothes after 6PM.
We select only best and most experienced cleaners in your area. We also accept coupons from
our selected dry cleaners. Drop the coupons inside our special laundry bag with your clothes.
Our selected cleaners will glad to accept the coupons and discount appropriate amount.

Re-Do Policy: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our cleaning for any reason, we will
re-clean your garment without charge.
Loss Policy: Webtown Express takes the utmost care in cleaning your clothing. This includes
the implementation of systems designed to avoid misplaced or lost items. However, in the rare instance that your garment's
lost, we will issue you a full and immediate refund or credit for the value of that garment, as specified in the National
Fair Claims Guide for Customer Textile Products.
